While the Hori Hori gardening knife is no longer available at the deal price, nearly everything else is still in stock at the right price.

Father’s Day is all about celebrating the father figure in your life. That can mean anything—a walk in the park can be just as sweet as finding the perfect gift. But if you need a little inspiration, we’ve got you covered. It doesn’t matter if your dad’s a virtuoso or a grilling connoisseur—here are 8 of the best deals we’ve found on Wirecutter favorites to help you say, “Happy Father’s Day.”

Huckberry Mediterranean Turkish Towel Deal price: $28 shipped; street price: $47

It’s beach season. If your dad enjoys basking under the sun, a good towel is a must for any beach lounger. This colorful, tasseled towel is handwoven in Turkey from long-staple cotton, which makes it both lightweight and durable. Turkish towels are portable, dry quickly, and—unlike bulkier beach towels—can fold down into small bundles, so they can easily be tucked away into a beach bag.

Cuisinart Chef’s Classic Enameled Cast Iron 7-Quart Round Covered Casserole Deal price: $60; street price: $130

Dutch ovens aren’t cheap, but they’re a kitchen staple that should last for years. Although not currently a pick, this 7-quart cast iron dish from Cuisinart is a more affordable option. Once our former runner-up pick, the Chef’s Classic made some of the best stew during testing—but it’s heavier than our current picks, and the handles are a little small and not as comfortable to hold. However, Dutch ovens can cost hundreds of dollars, making this deal quite a steal. It’s also on sale in light blue for the same deal price.

Allen Sports Deluxe 2-Bike Rack Deal price: $25; street price: $50

A good bike rack is a must for anyone who needs to safely transport their bike by car. Although the Allen Sports rack is no longer a formal pick in our guide, we still like it when budget is the top priority. Compared with our other picks, it’s difficult to install and lacks handy arm adjustments, but at $25 on sale, you can't take too much issue with the Allen Sports rack’s shortcomings—especially when compared with price tags of $100 or more.

Coleman Mountain View 12′ × 12′ Screendome Shelter Deal price: $100 with Costco membership; street price: $170

Picnics and camping trips are great, but pesky bugs and the relentless sun are decidedly not. The Coleman Mountain View shelter is a bigger and more versatile canopy tent that helps shield you from UV rays and bugs in the summer. It’s spacious and adjustable, and it offers more sun protection than either of our top picks. However, the Coleman Mountain View also suffers more durability complaints. That said, not only is this canopy much cheaper than other options we recommend, but this deal is also a new low price.

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller Deal price: $55 with delayed shipping; street price: $65

Although the Nintendo Switch is beloved, it’s no secret that its Joy-Cons leave room to be desired. For longer gaming sessions, we like the Nintendo Switch Pro controller. Similar in shape to an Xbox controller, the Pro is satisfying to hold, supports motion controls, and can still scan Amiibos. Its larger grip combined with crisp triggers and buttons also help prevent cramping, achy hands. This deal is only a modest drop in price, but it’s a rare chance to save and comes within five dollars of the lowest price we’ve seen for the Pro controller.

PreSonus AudioBox iTwo USB Audio Interface Deal price: $130; street price: $200

A good USB audio interface is a must for musicians who are starting to get serious about recording their work. Our runner-up USB audio interface pick offers a functional design and a built-in MIDI interface that’s great for folks with older gear. Although it’s not quite as intuitive to use as our top pick, this model is still a good alternative for a more affordable price. Normally selling for $200, this drop to $130 matches the best price we’ve seen for the PreSonus in well over a year.

Nisaku Hori Hori Stainless Steel Serrated Knife Deal price: $16; street price: $26

Update: No longer available at the deal price.

There are few more delightful and simple pleasures in life than the feeling of the sun on your back and dirt beneath your fingernails. If your dad has a green thumb, the Hori Hori is the gardening sidekick he didn’t know he needed. Although not the exact-same model as the knife we recommend in our Father’s Day gift guide, it has a similar design: a stainless steel body that keeps it from rusting and sharp, serrated teeth for digging and sawing. This variant comes highly rated by reviewers and is an excellent opportunity to save.

ThermoWorks Dot Probe Thermometer Deal price: $39 shipped; street price: $50

Nothing says summer like a backyard BBQ. If your dad dreams of mastering the pit this season, he needs the right tools. Our favorite leave-in-style probe thermometer is the ThermoWorks Dot, which is perfect for when you want to take it low and slow. It’s responsive, accurate, and has a lengthy probe that can stay in your meat as it cooks. The Dot even has a temperature alarm function to help prevent overcooking.
